When you submit your material to me, your confidentiality and copyright are assured. We can also discuss the terms of our confidentiality agreement on a per-case basis.
However, in accepting your material, I agree in effect to:
- Recognise your authorship and copyright on all original material created by you.
- Refrain from discussing your material with any other party, verbally or in writing, without your written permission.
- Ensure to protect your document to the best of my ability, with the caveat being that I am not to be held responsible for loss of data through hacking, theft or loss of computer, or online interception by a 3rd party.
- This confidentiality applies to all emails, Skype calls or other conversations between us.
- This confidentiality applies whether or not we agree to enter into a contract, i.e., I will treat your sample with the same level of confidence.
- Please be aware that I reserve the right to check your material for plagiarism using tools available to me. If plagiarism is suspected I will discontinue the assignment and your down payment will not be refunded.
